Foundation 5 reveal options trading
The link opens the modal every time but the options never work. This is having no effect whatsoever on my reveal that I'm opening in script on an event, and not via the attributes. This is down to the custom configuration options not extending the core options, I've submitted a pull request via Github here https: Just signed up to follow this.
I've been upgrading my code to run off F5 and I use reveal for a few key features so am really keen to see this resolved. All option are now working! A solution to this, without having to change any source code, is to set the options object in the data property "reveal-init" of the modal, before initializing it like this:.
I ran into the same problem people are reporting above - opening a modal programaticallyh but even with the fix suggested above by Justin it still did not work. This does not work and reports that css is undefined "Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'css' of undefined foundation. Debugging the code it looks like the problem is actually in the bindings method of foundation.
At some point I will raise a PR to fix this but incase anyone has the same problem this possibly a solution. It looks like this is fixed in version 5. Paul Todd, i've been having problems where if the result of your ajax call renders a link which the programatically opens reveal, you are unable to click the close button or the backdrop to close the reveal dialog; you end up with an error TypeError: Something like this doesn't seem to work.
